Scope of Practice
This practice is intended for adults 18 and older in New Hampshire seeking ongoing outpatient psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or trauma. As a small solo practice, it is not equipped to provide the following:
- Care for patients under 18
- Treatment for patients in acute psychiatric crisis requiring immediate stabilization
- Ongoing care for patients with frequent or recurring safety-related needs — such as recurrent suicidal thoughts or self-injury — that require a level of support beyond what a small solo outpatient practice can consistently provide
- Inpatient or intensive outpatient-level care
- Forensic evaluations or disability assessments
- Addiction treatment as a primary concern
- Treatment for patients currently prescribed a benzodiazepine or seeking benzodiazepine treatment
- Standalone psychotherapy or talk therapy
- Care for patients located outside of New Hampshire at the time of the appointment
Telehealth Limitations
All appointments are conducted via telehealth. Telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person care, including restrictions on physical examination. Dr. Narlesky may recommend in-person evaluation, laboratory testing, or referral to other providers when clinically indicated.
You must be physically located in New Hampshire at the time of each appointment. Appointments cannot be conducted if you are located outside of New Hampshire, as Dr. Narlesky is licensed to practice in New Hampshire only.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee or warranty of any specific treatment outcome. Psychiatric treatment results vary depending on individual circumstances, diagnosis, adherence to treatment, and many other factors outside the control of any provider.
