Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how this website, nhpsychiatrist.com, handles information when you visit or use it. It applies to the website itself — it is not a substitute for the Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how your protected health information is used and protected once you become a patient.

Information Collected on This Website

This website does not include a contact form and does not directly collect health information from visitors. Like most websites, standard technical information is logged automatically when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view — for basic security and site-functioning purposes. At this time, no third-party analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics) are active on this site. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

What Happens When You Click “Get Started”

The “Get Started” button on this website takes you to IntakeQ, a secure third-party platform used to collect new patient information. On IntakeQ’s site, you’ll be asked to provide your first name, last name, and either an email address or phone number to create a secure account. IntakeQ will then send you a password by email; once you log in, you’ll complete an intake questionnaire.

This process happens entirely on IntakeQ’s platform, not on nhpsychiatrist.com. The initial account-creation step (name and contact information) is governed by IntakeQ’s own privacy policy as the operator of that platform: forms.intakeq.com/privacy

Any clinical or health-related information you provide once you begin the intake questionnaire is collected on behalf of this practice under a signed Business Associate Agreement between Dr. Narlesky’s practice and IntakeQ, and is protected as required by HIPAA — governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices, not by IntakeQ’s general platform privacy policy linked above.

Insurance, Billing, and Credentialing

Insurance verification, billing, and credentialing for this practice are handled by Headway, a third-party platform that works with the practice as a business associate. Headway’s privacy practices are described in its own privacy policy: headway.co/legal/privacy

Your Rights

You are not required to use this website or submit an inquiry. Submitting an inquiry through IntakeQ does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient relationship. For information about your rights regarding protected health information once you are a patient, see the Notice of Privacy Practices.

A Note on Scope of Care

This practice provides outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults in New Hampshire. It is not equipped to provide crisis intervention, inpatient care, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

This practice is not currently accepting patients whose primary need is crisis stabilization, other acute safety-related concerns, inpatient or intensive outpatient-level care, benzodiazepine management as a primary treatment need, forensic or disability evaluation, or addiction treatment as the primary presenting concern.
